We work to promote key elements that shape the learning process as an aid to life, where each human being builds their own values based on ethics and morals that allow them to think and feel as people in continuous learning, open to listening, able to reflect under a critical and constructive criteria, aware of their role as agents of change for a more just, supportive and connected society.

Our Definition of Learning
These learners, awake to life’s opportunities and challenges, with a great sense of respect and responsibility, will acquire skills with creativity, and embracing curiosity, will be leaders who inspire and promote Peace.

“An education capable of saving humanity is no small undertaking; it involves the spiritual development of man, the enhancement of his value as an individual, and the preparation of young people to understand the times in which they live.”

Infant community
(0-3 years)
Your child has more confidence than the first year and is usually able to work for longer periods of time. During the third year, all experiences are synthesized. Your child is solidified and really understands all the knowledge he or she has been soaking in the previous two years. Your child becomes an example for other children to follow.
Children’s House
(3-6 years)
The Children’s House classroom is designed to be a three-year program consisting of children three to six years old. In this context, children learn to respect the work of others and their personal space, take an active role in maintaining their environment, which is divided into five main areas: practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics and culture.
Elementary
(6-12 years)
The elementary child is introduced right away to large concepts. Then they can be shown how all the smaller ideas fit into the larger framework. The child should be struck with the wonder of creation, thrilled with new ideas, and awed by the inventiveness and innovation that is part of the human spirit.
Our food
Lunch and snack are cooked daily with love at the school. The morning and afternoon snacks consist of seasonal, local and organic fruit, or toasted kamut or rye bread, with a selection of spreads that provide a source of plant based protein.
Lunch includes a seasonal soup or salad and a main dish. The mealtime is considered a moment of learning, when children set the table and serve themselves. We use organic, local and seasonal products. Our homemade cooking is made prepped without processed foods, sugar or dairy products.
Guides and children eat together. lt’s a good time to promote “grace and courtesy”. At school we reinforce with the ideas to children that they do not throw food away, they try the food and they are capable of eating by themselves”. We are grateful to cook daily with Lacor company products, our official supplier for our amazing kitchen.
The Wholesome Kitchen is the first Cookery School for adults in Valencia with a specific purpose: to help you improve how you and your family eat and your relationship with the food at home, with organic, unprocessed, and added sugar-free recipes.
